I took Kris Costa's Fly on the wall Course wich was amazing and this is the result, pretty happy with it to be honest but still many things to improve and learn though.
Maya and Zbrush were used to make pretty much everything, Xgen Interactive for hair (very cool to play with) and Photoshop for the post
